During busy periods, there may be longer processing times. Expect delays during our Black Friday Sale.Please check the shipping address provided. If you provide an incomplete or incorrect address this will cause delays with your order.
How long does it take to deliver an order?
You should expect to receive your parcel within 3-5 working days from dispatch (excluding bank holidays).
For Northern Ireland and Highlands and Islands this could be 1-2 days longer. There are sometimes delays with orders with couriers that are out of our control, so please contact us with any issues.

Please check your tracking link that was emailed at the time of dispatch (remember to check if the email is in your junk/spam folder).
Shipping
We currently only offer shipping within the UK.
Please note that due to the nature of the product, the pro-age eye creams are non returnable.
However, if you order arrives damaged - please take pictures of the outer packaging, the damaged item is visible and then email the pictures to our Customer Support Team at info@lohraleelondon.com
Do not dispose the item or the packaging until we have advised you that we completed our investigations.
All damages must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt.
Please do not send returns back, they will be returned to sender. We only have an office address.
